PrintEasy ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the PrintEasy mobile application (the "App").
Information We Do Not Collect
PrintEasy is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Specifically:
- We do not collect your name, email address, or contact information
- We do not access, store, or transmit the content of your documents, photos, or scans
- We do not track your location
- We do not use cookies or tracking technologies
- We do not sell or share any data with third parties
On-Device Processing
All printing and scanning operations are performed entirely on your device. Your documents, photos, and scanned files are processed locally and sent directly from your device to your printer via your local WiFi network. No document data passes through our servers.
Printer Discovery
PrintEasy uses Apple's AirPrint technology to discover printers on your local network. This requires local network access permission, which iOS will prompt you to grant. This access is used solely to find and communicate with printers on your WiFi network.
Camera and Photo Library Access
PrintEasy requests access to your camera (for scanning documents and taking photos to print) and your photo library (for selecting photos to print). These permissions are used solely for the stated purposes. We do not store, upload, or transmit your photos or scanned images.
Subscriptions and Payments
PrintEasy offers optional subscription plans and a one-time lifetime purchase. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or have access to your payment information. Subscription management, including cancellation, is handled through your Apple ID account settings.
Third-Party Services
PrintEasy uses the following third-party service:
- RevenueCat — for subscription management. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier to manage your subscription status. No personal information is shared. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Children's Privacy
PrintEasy does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The App is rated 4+ and does not contain content inappropriate for children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
