My printer isn't showing up

Make sure your iPhone and printer are connected to the same WiFi network. Your printer must support AirPrint. Try restarting both your printer and your iPhone.

Which printers are compatible?

PrintEasy works with any AirPrint-enabled printer. This includes most modern printers from HP, Canon, Brother, Epson, Xerox, Lexmark, and many others. Check your printer's manual or settings to confirm AirPrint support.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → select PrintEasy → Cancel Subscription. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

I purchased on another device. How do I restore?

Open PrintEasy → Settings (gear icon) → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

What file types can I print?

PrintEasy supports PDF, JPEG, PNG, and HEIC files. You can print from your photo library, the Files app, or by taking a photo with your camera.
